Refrigerated box bodies, commonly known as Frigofrik bodies, are specialized enclosures used for transporting cold chain products. These bodies ensure the quality and freshness of products by maintaining them within a specific temperature range.
The production of refrigerated box bodies involves the use of specially designed materials. These materials include high-density polyurethane (PU) foam, double-walled fiberglass, aluminum, and other high-durability components, all intended for temperature control.
The manufacturing process begins with the design and drawing of the body. High-density polyurethane foam is then injected into the bodies, enhancing insulation properties and enabling temperature control. Subsequently, the exterior of the bodies is covered with double-walled fiberglass or aluminum panels.
Refrigerated box bodies are produced in various sizes and capacities. Inside these bodies, there are suitable racks and securing systems for transporting products. Additionally, the temperature inside the bodies is regularly monitored and adjusted using specially designed cooling systems and control devices.
